Growing Together: One Tree Planted and Future Quest DAO Support Mangrove Restoration

We’re excited to share that, thanks to the incredible support of One Tree Planted and Future DAO, we will plant 70,000 mangroves and take our mission to the next level. This milestone will mark a significant step toward restoring coastal ecosystems and empowering local communities.

Mangroves are more than just trees—they’re natural carbon sinks, shoreline protectors, and vital habitats for countless species. With this initiative, we aim to regenerate these critical ecosystems, creating lasting environmental and social impact.

Alongside the planting effort, we’re also building our first mini-app, designed to bring transparency and connection to the process. The app will allow donors to track their mangroves with geolocated updates, monitor growth metrics, and access real-time CO₂ removal analytics. It’s a bridge between technology and nature, ensuring every contribution feels tangible and meaningful.

Future Quest is a project started between Future Works, our Future Horizon community with our key partner Product Shop. First internally announced in April, then publicly announced in August 2022 it began its growth capturing a mixture of approaches.
